Mr. Schuetz’s class has been learning about measuring. This picture shows kids measuring the teacher. They had lots of things to measure like the door, the classroom window, and the teacher’s desk. For this project the class had to use centimeters, inches, feet, meters, and yards. The teacher ended up being 5 feet 9 inches tall!
This page is maintained by the Rumsey Station Elementary Photojournalism Club. This club is made up of 4th, 5th and 6th graders that are working hard to document, in pictures and and words, the happenings of the school year!

It’s Fun to do Crafts!
In Mrs. Stock’s room doing crafts is a blast! The Kindergarteners loved it; they wish they could do it every day! They made leaf men to decorate the halls for fall.
It's Shadow Time!
Rumsey Station 2nd graders did a science project where they traced their shadows one day and the next day they went back out to see if it was the same size. They went out at 9:00 a.m. and the next day at 2:00 p.m. They had a really fun time and they were experimenting too!
