Read all about 1st grade art

     On Monday, Sep. 6^th Mrs. Patten’s 1^st grade class started drawing pictures of landscapes with glue.  After interviewing several 1^st graders, we found that trees and hills were common in their landscapes. Ryan was first to start outlining with his glue, bold white against his dark, black, pencil covered paper. Ethan’s picture stood out from the rest having a bridge in the corner. I think that Lauren’s also stood out of the crowd because she boldly put a hiker in the middle of  her picture.
